I am Ian Scott, owner of Mortgage for Homes. I give friendly, ethical and unbiased mortgage advice you can trust. Unlike many mortgage brokers, I do not charge a broker’s fee for my services and I guarantee to find you the right mortgage deal to suit your circumstances.
As an independent mortgage broker, I have access to over 120 lenders, from high street banks, to specialist lenders. I can compare the best deals for you across all lenders. Many have deals only available through a mortgage broker, such as myself.
I will be by your side from the beginning to the end of the process, and will always be available to answers your questions and concerns as I understand how daunting this process can be for clients.
As part of my service, I will make regular contact with the lender and your solicitor throughout the process and manage the case through to completion.
